Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves or thighs (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
- 1/2 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cup Honey

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oil over medium heat in large skillet. Add chicken and cook 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
- 2 COMBINE mustard and honey and pour over chicken.
- 3 BRING to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce is thickened.
