Ingredients
- 1/2 cup French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound beef steak
- 3 cups Sliced bell peppers

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE Worcestershire, water, sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic powder in measuring cup. Pour 1/4 cup sauce over beef in large bowl; marinate 5 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches 5 minutes or until browned.
- 2 ADD peppers; cook 2 minutes. Add remaining sauce; stir-fry until sauce thickens. Serve over cooked rice or ramen noodles, if desired.
