Ingredients
- 3 pounds meaty chicken parts, skinned
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1/4 cup Red wine
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups (4 oz.) French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 TOSS chicken pieces in flour to coat. Place chicken in slow cooker. Add tomato sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, wine and lemon peel. Cover. Cook on HIGH heat setting for 2 hours (or on LOW heat setting for 4 hours).
- 2 STIR in mushrooms and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Cover. Cook on HIGH heat setting for 1 hour (or LOW heat setting for 2 hours) until chicken is cooked.
- 3 TRANSFER chicken to heated platter. Stir sauce and serve over chicken. Top with remaining 1 cup onions.
