Ingredients

  • cup Dijon Vinaigrette
  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 vegetable cooking spray
  • Dijon Aioli

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 MARINATE shrimp in vinaigrette for 2 hours.
  • 2 ARRANGE shrimp on metal skewers. Lightly coat with vegetable cooking spray. Grill on medium-high until shrimp turn pink. Serve Dijon Aioli Sauce on the side.
