Ingredients
- 1/3 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/3 cup French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing
- 1 tablespoon ground chili powder
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 med red or green bell peppers, cut into chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX mustard, Worcestershire, salad dressing and chili powder. Reserve 1/3 cup for basting.
- 2 ARRANGE chicken cubes and peppers on metal skewers.
- 3 POUR remaining marinade over kabobs in deep dish. Cover and marinate 30 min. or up to 3 hours.
- 4 GRILL or broil kabobs over medium high heat about 10 min. or until cooked through, basting with reserved 1/3 cup marinade.
