Ingredients
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
- 4 pounds bone-in chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 ADD carrots and onions to slow cooker. Arrange chicken over vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- 2 COVER and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or High 4 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- 3 THICKEN if desired: Remove chicken from slow cooker. Combine 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup water and stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes or until thickened.
