Ingredients
- 3 pounds meaty chicken parts, skinned if desired
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 (8 ounce ) package Spanish-style yellow rice mix
- 2 cups (4 oz.) French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions
- 2 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COAT a slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray. Place chicken into bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except for 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Stir.
- 2 COVER and cook on HIGH* setting for 3 hours until chicken is fork-tender, rice is cooked and all liquid is absorbed.
- 3 SERVE chicken and rice on platter and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions.
