Ingredients
- 6 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded jack cheese
- 2 tablespoon minced cilantro (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. until browned, turning once.
- 2 MIX remaining ingredients except cheese in measuring cup. Add to skillet and simmer 5 min. until chicken is no longer pink in center and sauce thickens slightly. Stir in cheese and cilantro, stirring until cheese melts.
- 3 GARNISH with diced tomatoes or salsa, if desired.
