Ingredients
- 2 inches boneless beef loin steaks
- 2/3 cup fat free half and half
- 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoon minced chives (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
- 2 Cook steaks about 10 min. or until desired doneness, turning once. Transfer to warm platter.
- 3 Stir remaining ingredients into skillet. Simmer about 5 min. until sauce thickens.
- 4 Add steak and any juices to pan. Heat through. Garnish with chives, if desired.
