Ingredients
- 4 (1/2 inch) thick boneless pork chop
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 green or red apple, cut into small chunks

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.
- 2 STIR apple juice, mustard and sugar into skillet. Boil about 5 min. until slightly thickened.
- 3 ADD pork and apples to skillet. Heat through.
