- 6 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Layer half of the potatoes in an 8-inch square baking dish, sprinkle with half the bacon, 1 cup cheese and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Top with remaining potatoes.
- 2 BAKE 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
