- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 3 cups thinly sliced, seeded and halved cucumbers
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX oil, Mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended. Place cucumbers, tomatoes and onion in large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing mixture; toss to coat well.
