Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 8 cups Shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 4 flat bread rounds or pocket-less pitas, toasted or grilled
- 1 (4 ounce) package goat or Feta cheese, crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 WHISK oil, mustard, vinegar, oregano and 2 tbsp. water in large bowl. Add lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Toss until well coated.
- 2 CUT bread rounds into wedges; place on serving plates. Spoon salad mixture on top, dividing evenly. Sprinkle each with cheese.
