- Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons French's® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Harvest Salad
- 8 cups mixed salad greens, such as spinach, arugula and radicchio

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Vinaigrette, stir all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk until smooth. Set aside.
- 2 To assemble salad, place 1 cup of mixed greens on each serving plate. Top with apples, pecans, cranberries and goat cheese. Drizzle with Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette and sprinkle with Red Peppers to serve.
