Ingredients
- 1/3 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups red cabbage
- 2 red apples, cored and cut up
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COMBINE mustard, juice, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
- 2 PLACE cabbage and apples in large bowl. Pour dressing over all and toss to coat.
- 3 SPOON salad over spinach leaves just before serving,
