- 3 tablespoon French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
- 3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 6 cups vegetables

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 WHISK mustard, vinegar, oregano and garlic in large bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking until smooth.
- 2 STIR in vegetables; toss to coat.
- 3 COVER and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
