Ingredients
- 2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions, divided
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place potatoes on microwavable plate. Pierce potatoes with fork several times. Microwave on HIGH 15 minutes or until fork-tender. Let stand until cool enough to handle.
- 2 Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch shell. Set shells aside. Add 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, 3/4 cup of the Crispy Fried Onions, milk, half of the bacon, butter and garlic powder. Mash with potato masher. Fill shells evenly with potato mixture. Place on baking sheet. Top with remaining shredded cheese, Crispy Fried Onions and bacon.
- 3 Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and Crispy Fried Onions are golden brown.
