Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium tomato-vegetable juice
- 4 tablespoon French's® Horseradish Deli Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 2 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in water
- 2/3 cup roasted red pepper
- 1/2 cup celery
- 4 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoon pitted Kalamata olives

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX juice and mustard in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Cover and chill.
- 2 SERVE tuna salad over lettuce, on whole wheat rolls or on toast rounds.
