Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 4 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick (about 2 lbs.)
- 8 cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 oranges, cut into sections
- 1 1/2 cups radishes, cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup French's® Original Crispy Fried Onions

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX mayonnaise, juice and peel; reserve. Rub chili powder onto both sides of pork.
- 2 GRILL pork over medium-high heat until no longer pink in center; cut into cubes.
- 3 ARRANGE spinach, oranges, radishes and pork on serving plates.
- 4 SERVE with dressing and top with Crispy Fried Onions.
