Ingredients
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard Sweet
- 2 teaspoon sage
- 1 cup Caramelized Crispy Fried Onions
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepot, bring to a boil and simmer, partially covered, 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
- 2 MASH potatoes with butter, maple syrup, Mustard, sage and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 1/2 cup Onions.
- 3 TRANSFER to a 2-quart baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until hot.
- 4 TOP with remaining Onions and bake 5 minutes or until Onions are golden.
