- 1/3 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt or mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 apple,
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 3 tablespoon minced red onion
