- 8 slices thick-cut bread
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 tablespoons French's® Brown Sugar Bourbon Stone Ground Mustard, divided
- 8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices rotisserie chicken breast
- 8 slices crisply cooked bacon

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brush one side of each slice of bread with butter. Place bread, buttered-side down, on clean work surface. Spread top of each slice with mustard. Top 4 of the bread slices with 1 slice of the cheese, 2 slices of chicken and 2 slices of bacon. Top each with a second slice of cheese and remaining bread, buttered-side up.
- 2 Place 2 sandwiches at a time in preheated panini press. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden brown. Cut each sandwich in half to serve.
- 3 Don’t have a panini press? Heat a large skillet or grill pan on medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches at a time in skillet. Place a weight on top of each sandwich (try another skillet or heavy lid). Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side.
