- 2 slices hearty sourdough bread
- 3 slices deli roast beef
- 2 slices Havarti cheese
- 1/4 cup spring mix greens
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 thinly sliced red onion rings

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 SPREAD Mustard on cut sides of roll. Layer bottom of roll with roast beef and cheese. Top with mixed greens, tomato, and red onion. Finish with top of roll.
- 2 PLACE sandwich on preheated panini maker. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden brown. Cut sandwich in half diagonally to serve.
- 3 Don’t have a panini maker? Heat large skillet or grill pan on medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan. Place assembled sandwich in skillet. Place a weight on top of the sandwich (try another heavy skillet or heavy lid). Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
