- 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained
- 5 tablespoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard, divided
- 2 tablespoons French's® Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder

- 1 loaf French’s® Mustard Beer Bread, ends trimmed, cut into 12 (1/2-inch) slices
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6 slices Monterey Jack cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PLACE roasted red peppers in food processor; pulse until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of the Yellow Mustard, Honey Mustard, garlic powder and pepper; pulse just until well blended. Transfer to serving bowl. Set aside.
- 2 ARRANGE bread slices in single layer on clean work surface or cutting board. Spread one side of each slice of bread with remaining Yellow Mustard (about 1 teaspoon each). Layer 6 of the bread slices with 1 slice each American cheese, Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese, folding cheese as needed to fit. Top with remaining bread slices, mustard-side down.
- 3 MELT 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet on medium heat, swirling to coat bottom of pan. Place 3 sandwiches in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
