- 2 cups milk
- 12 pitted dates
- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 3/4 cup shelled roasted pistachios
- 2 tablespoons Turmeric, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Cocoa Blend
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 Pour your turmeric shake into glasses. Garnish with chopped pistachios and chocolate curls, if desired.
