Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry red wine
- 2 sticks McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Saigon Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 piece McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Madagascar Vanilla Beans, split in half lengthwise and seeds scraped
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Whole Nutmeg, grated
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place all ingredients except nutmeg in large saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium heat.
- 2 Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. Serve warm with freshly grated nutmeg.
