Ingredients
- Cranberry-Apple Filling
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Allspice
- 6 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Topping
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. For the Filling, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and allspice in large bowl. Add apples, cranberries, walnuts and raisins; toss to coat well. Spread mixture evenly in bottom of buttered 13x9-inch baking dish. Set aside.
- 2 For the Topping, mix flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Add butter, milk, egg and vanilla; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spoon batter evenly over fruit mixture.
- 3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is brown and a toothpick inserted in center of topping comes out clean. Serve warm.
