Ingredients
- 8 pieces (4-inches each) lemon grass
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Cover
- 2 Refrigerate 4 hours or until well chilled
- 3 Strain mixture. Pour into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions
