Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Bring cream and sugar to simmer in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat
- 2 Stir in chocolate until completely melted. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg until well blended. Serve warm
