- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Dill Weed
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown)
- 2 Stir in shrimp, dill weed and pepper. Stirring frequently, cook 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice
- 3 Serve over cooked pasta, if desired
