Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Moroccan Seasoning Ras El Hanout
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix lemon juice, oil, honey and Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Add carrots and raisins; toss to coat well
- 2 Sprinkle with cilantro. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve
