Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ All Natural Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cilantro, ground mustard, salt and pepper in small bowl
- 2 Layer 1/2 of the potatoes in buttered 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 of spice mixture over potatoes. Layer remaining potatoes on top. Sprinkle remaining spice mixture over all. Top with cheese. Slowly pour cream over potatoes
- 3 Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown
