Ingredients
- Cinnamon Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Orange and Radish Salad
- 3 seedless oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 bunch fresh radishes, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 package (6 ounces) baby spinach
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended
- 2 For the Salad, toss all ingredients, except almonds, in large bowl
- 3 Just before serving, toss salad with 1/2 of the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with remaining vinaigrette
