Ingredients
- 8 ounces orecchiette pasta
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Italian Seasoning
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 package (8 ounces) 1-inch mozzarella balls, (ciliegine)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook pasta in salted water as directed on package.
- 2 Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and onion; toss to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
