Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 2 pounds small red potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 small onions, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix smoked paprika, salt and pepper in small bowl. Toss potatoes and onions with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture; toss to coat well.
- 2 Spread in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- 3 Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
