Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sriracha Seasoning
- 1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and sliced on the diagonal
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix oil, lime juice, honey, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl. Add vegetables; toss to coat well. Cover.
- 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
