Ingredients
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sriracha Seasoning
- 1 cup julienned snow peas
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Sesame Seed, Toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix peanut butter, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
- 2 Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water. Stir cooking water into dressing in bowl. Add pasta and vegetables; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve warm.
