- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place butter, brown sugar, apple cider and cinnamon in medium saucepan on medium heat. Cook and stir until mixture turns a deep amber color.
- 2 Carefully stir in cream and vanilla. (Mixture will be bubbly.) Whisking constantly, cook until sauce thickens and coats back of spoon.
