Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped Vidalia onion
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Ancho Chile Pepper
- 3 tablespoons peach brandy

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until just caramelized. Add raisins, sugar, cinnamon, sea salt and ancho chile pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Add brandy, stirring to loosen browned bits in bottom of skillet
- 2 Mix peaches, lemon juice and vanilla in medium bowl. Add onion mixture; mix well. Cover
- 3 Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors
