Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped baby spinach
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 6 tablespoons OLD BAY® Seasoned Coating Mix, divided
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, spinach, mayo, sour cream, mozzarella and Parmesan in large bowl until well blended. Stir in artichokes and 1 tablespoon of the OLD BAY Coating Mix. Spoon dip mixture evenly into 9-inch pie plate.
- 2 Mix remaining 5 tablespoons of the OLD BAY Coating Mix and butter in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over top of dip.
- 3 Bake 20 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbly and topping is lightly browned. Serve with assorted dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers or sliced baguette.
