Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup nonfat powdered milk
- 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning, plus more to serve
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 6 cups whole milk
- Whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, chocolate, cornstarch, OLD BAY and vanilla in food processor. Process until well blended and finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Set aside.

Meanwhile, heat whole milk in large saucepan on medium heat until steaming, stirring occasionally. Stir in OLD BAY Hot Chocolate mixture with wire whisk until well blended. Bring to simmer; whisk 1 minute until slightly thickened. Serve immediately with whipped cream and a sprinkle of OLD BAY.
