- OLD BAY Cajun Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- Fish Fry
- 1 1/2 pounds catfish fillets
- 2 tablespoons milk

Substitutions available
- 3/4 cup ZATARAIN'S® Crispy Cajun Fish Fri
- vegetable oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS

For Cajun Sauce, in medium bowl mix mayonnaise, milk, honey, OLD BAY Seasoning, thyme and garlic powder until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in large heavy saucepan or deep fryer (do not fill more than 2/3 of the way).
- 3 Dip fillets in milk shaking off excess. Coat with Fry Mix.
- 4 Fry fish in batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Drizzle Cajun sauce over catfish to serve,
