Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning
- 1 pound thick-sliced center cut bacon, halved crosswise
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line large shallow baking pan with foil. Set wire rack on pan. Spray lightly with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Mix brown sugar and OLD BAY Seasoning in small bowl. Coat bacon with OLD BAY brown sugar mixture. Arrange bacon slices in single layer on wire rack. Sprinkle evenly with any remaining OLD BAY brown sugar mixture.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is dark brown and bubbly, rotating pan halfway through cooking. Cool on pans 5 minutes before serving.
