Ingredients
- 1 small eggplant, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 small yellow squash, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Toss vegetables with oil and OLD BAY in large bowl.
- 2 Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack or thread onto skewers.
- 3 Grill over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
