Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 3 teaspoons OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning, divided
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds , toasted
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- Lettuce leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 In a medium saucepan bring 1 cup of water to boil. Add shrimp and 1 teaspoon of the OLD BAY. Cover. Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain.
- 2 Mix shrimp, remaining 2 teaspoons OLD BAY and next 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Cover.
- 3 Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve on lettuce leaves.
