Ingredients
- 1/2 package (7 ounces) Simply Asia® Chinese Style Lo Mein Noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 package (14 ounces) extra-firm tofu, drained and ccut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 ounces shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 5 heads baby bok choy, chopped
- 4 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Simply Asia® Black Garlic Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain well. Set aside. Heat oil in large deep skillet. Add tofu and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and place on paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- 2 Add mushrooms, bok choy and onion to skillet. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in hot sauce, water and salt. Bring to boil.
- 3 Stir in cooked noodles and tofu, tossing gently to coat with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with additional chopped green onion and sesame seeds if desired. Drizzle with additional hot sauce to serve.
