Ingredients
- 1/2 package (from 14-ounce box) Simply Asia® Chinese Style Lo Mein Noodles
- 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Simply Asia® Chili Crunch Sauce
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 4 tablespoons thinly sliced shallots, divided
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic, divided
- 3/4 pound strip steak, thinly sliced

Chinese broccoli, ends trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain well; set aside. Meanwhile, mix sweet soy sauce, Chili Crunch and ginger in small bowl; set aside.
- 2 Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of the shallots and 1 tablespoon of the garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add steak; cook and stir 3 minutes. Remove steak from skillet.
- 3 Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add remaining 2 tablespoons shallots and 1 tablespoon garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add broccoli, mushrooms and green onions; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add cooked noodles, steak and sweet soy sauce mixture; toss to coat well.
- 4 Spoon noodle mixture into serving bowls. Serve with additional Chili Crunch on the side.
