Ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Whisk water, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mix in small bowl. Set aside.
  • 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables and remaining Seasoning Mix; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp.
  • 3 Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add noodles, tossing to mix. Cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened.

    Test Kitchen Tips: Also great with chicken, shrimp or tofu. Serve over rice in place of the noodles, if desired.
