Ingredients
- 1 package Simply Asia® Chili Garlic Seasoning Mix, divided
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons less sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as mushrooms, bok choy, bell pepper, and green beans
- 2 cups cooked Simply Asia® Chinese Style Lo Mein Noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk water, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mix in small bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables and remaining Seasoning Mix; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp.

Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add noodles, tossing to mix. Cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened.
Test Kitchen Tips: Also great with chicken, shrimp or tofu. Serve over rice in place of the noodles, if desired.
