Ingredients
- 1 Simply Asia® Korean BBQ Stir-Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil, divided

boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
Substitutions available / ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; stir-fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
- 2 Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return steak to skillet.

Stir in Sauce until well mixed and cook just until heated through.
