Ingredients
- 1 package Simply Asia® Sesame Teriyaki Noodle Bowl
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 small onion, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup snow peas
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 COOK Noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- 2 HEAT oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until cooked through. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add chicken broth, noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, snow peas and Sauce. Bring to boil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- 3 LADLE into soup bowls. Sprinkle with Topping.
